ORDINANCE NO. 86 -50
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REVISED 1986 BUDGET FOR THE
SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PROVIDE FOR UNANTICIPATED
COSTS OF FERNDALE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADE
WHEREAS, on March 21, 1985 Whatcom County entered into a contract with
IMCO Construction, Inc. to upgrade the Ferndale wastewater treatment plant; and
WHEREAS, the actual costs to complete the wastewater project exceeded
our 1986 budget by $36,000.00 due to unanticipated change orders; and
WHEREAS, the 1986 Sewer Construction Fund budget as adopted does not
contain sufficient appropriation authority to fund the project to date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Sewer Construction Fund 1986
Budget by amended as follows:
SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND
325- 000 -001
RESOURCES
291-80-00 Ending fund balance $36,000.00
TOTAL RESOURCES $36,000.00
EXPENDITURES
