AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING CHECKING ACCOUNT
FOR THE INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE FUND
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 84 -14 titled AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
A REVOLVING CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THE INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE FUND
set a limit of $8,000.00 on the Industrial Insurance Fund
Revolving Checking Account, and
WHEREAS, it has become apparent that with the number of employeE
who have been receiving time loss payments, $8,000.00 is not a
sufficient amount to maintain the account for a full month withc
supplemental claims being drawn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED THAT ORDINANCE No. 84 -14 TITLED
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THE
INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE FUND be, and hereby is amended to raise the
limit of the checking account to $20,000.00
Be it further ordained that the County Treasurer shall issue a
check in the amount of $12,000.00 from the Self - Insurance /Employ
Benefit Fund 14400 to supplement the revolving checking account
for the Industrial Insurance Fund.
