ORDINANCE NO. 86 -44
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE
THE 1986 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
PUBLIC DEFENDER'S BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the 1986 Budget for the Public Defender's Office
anticipates the lay -off of one (1) Deputy Defender as of June,
1986; and,
WHEREAS, the caseload of the Public Defender continues to increase
and continuing in -house defense is more cost effective than
contracting out the service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the 1986 Current Expense Fund,
Public Defender budget is hereby revised as follows:
