AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1986 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
CLERK'S BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the 1986 Budget for the Clerk's Office terminated a Clerk
II position; and,
WHEREAS, the workload has increased thus far in 1986 and a change
by the Superior Court Judges to empanel juries monthly instead of
bi- monthly will further exacerbate the problem;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the 1986 Current Expense Fund,
Clerk's Budget therein is hereby revised as follows:
