AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1986 FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE
FUND BUDGET FOR ARBITRATION
WHEREAS, the County has completed the arbitration for the jail
construction; and,
WHEREAS, the bill from the American Arbitration Association
exceeds the appropriation available; and,
WHEREAS, this bill is a legally binding contractual requirement
and must be paid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the 1986 Federal Shared
Revenue Fund budget for arbitration is hereby revised as follows:
