5 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A 1986 BUDGET
FOR THE REFERENDUM 37 CONSTRUCTION FUND
6 FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING CAPITAL EQUIPMENT
TO THE WORKSHOP TRAINING CENTER AND
7 THE WHATCOM COUNSELING AND PSYCHIATRIC CLINIC.

9 WHEREAS., Whatcom County Council Resolution No. 84 -32 provides that
10 Whatcom County will act as a Referendum 37 sponsor for the Workshop Training
11 Center to purchase work stations, stools and lockers through Referendum 37 grant
12 funding; and
13 WHEREAS, Whatcom County Council Resolution No. 84 -33 provides that

Whatcom County will act as a Referendum 37 sponsor for the Whatcom Counseling
14
and Psychiatric Clinic to purchase a refrigerator and stoves through Referendum
15
16 37 grant funding; and
17 WHEREAS, all state grant monies for Referendum 37 construction and
18 capital acquisition projects are to be received and expended by the Referendum
19 37 Construction Fund No. 322; and
20
WHEREAS, the 1986 Referendum 37 Construction Fund budget lacks suf-
21 ficient appropriation authority to expend the additional grant funds to be
22 received on behalf of said projects;
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the 1986 Referendum 37 Construction
Fund budget be established as follows:
