ORDINANCE NO. 86 -7
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1986 FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE
FUND, JAIL ARBITRATION BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 1986 Federal Shared Revenue Fund budget includes
$4,000 for the costs of arbitration for the County jail construc-
tion settlement; and,
WHEREAS, the actual costs incurred have exceeded that transfer
appropriation and,
WHEREAS, the County has contracted for the arbitration and the
amount due is a legal obligation; and,
WHEREAS, sufficient fund balance exists to allow the additional
appropriation;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1986 Federal Shared Revenue
Fund, Jail Arbitration budget therein, is hereby revised as
follows :
