ORDINANCE NO. 86 -5
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1986 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
MEDICAL EXAMINER'S BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the County Medical Examiner has incurred bills for mandatory
autopsies in 1985 that exceeded the available appropriation of $23,000; and,
WHEREAS, the County must pay for the contractual services rendered; and,
WHEREAS, the 1986 appropriation for professional services did not anticipate
the outstanding bill;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the 1986 Current Expense Fund, Medical
Examiner's Budget therein is revised as follows:

Medical Examiner's Budget
00120.501 Ending Fund Balance $3,500.00
Appropriation Enhancement:
00211.56.30.41.0100 Professional Services $3,500.00
