ORDINANCE NO. 87 -75
AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER NONIES
FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND
TO THE PHYSICAL PLANT AND CAPITAL
FACILITIES FUND
WHEREAS, the County Physical Plant and Capital Facilities Fund has
an outstanding short term loan debt obligation in the amount of
$100,000; and,
WHEREAS, this obligation must be satisfied by December 31, 1987;
and,
WHEREAS, the loan was incurred to purchase new boilers for the
Nor -Bell Care Center; and,
WHEREAS, the Community Development Fund has a cash balance
sufficient to allow a transfer to complete the repayment from the
Physical Plant and Capital Facilities Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the Community Development Fund was set up to assist with
low income housing needs and this boiler repair loan repayment is
filling low income housing needs;
NOW, THEREFORE BE, IT ORDAINED the County Community Development
Fund, number 15100, will hereby transfer $62,272 to the Physical
Plant and Capital Facilities Fund, number 32800 for the purpose of
allowing repayment of the Nor -Bell Care Center Boiler note
currently outstanding.
