ORDINANCE NO. 87 -58
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1987
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, NON- DEPARTMENTAL
LEOFF BOARD APPROPRIATION THEREIN
WHEREAS, the LEOFF Board approved reimbursement for travel for the
recipients of the recently conducted disability evaluations; and,
WHEREAS, the current appropriation for the LEOFF Board is not
adequate to allow payment for the travel reimbursements; and,
WHEREAS, the LEOFF Board requests an additional amount be
appropriated as a contingency for another disability evaluation
should it be needed by year -end;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the 1987 Current Expense Fund,
Non - Departmental appropriation LEOFF Board budget therein, is
hereby revised as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance 86 -89 is hereby revised by
increasing the appropriation authority of the Current Expense
Fund, Non - Departmental Budget therein by $650.
