ORDINANCE NO. 87-48
AN ORDNANCE TO REVISE THE
1987 SOLID WASTE FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 87 -29 extends the operation of the Cedarville
landfill from June 30, 1987 to June 30, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 87 -7 amended Ordinance 86 -89 and increased the
Solid Waste Management Fund's appropriation authority to provide funds to
operate,the Cedarville landfill through June 30, 1987; and
WHEREAS, additional appropriation authority is necessary to operate the
Cedarville landfill for the remainder of 1987; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Solid Waste Management Fund is
liable for prior year Business 4 Occupation tax; and
WHEREAS, additional resources are needed for the planning and implemen-
tation of a county -wide solid waste reduction and recycling program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the 1987 Solid Waste Fund budget
therein is hereby revised as follows:
