AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1987
PHYSICAL PLANT AND CAPITAL
FACILITIES FUND APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, the Physical Plant and Capital Facilities Fund was used
to finance the replacement boilers for the Nor -Bell Care Center;
and,
WHEREAS, the six -month bank loan note comes due in June of 1987
and there are plans to roll over the note for another six months;
and,
WHEREAS, the Physical Plant and Capital Facilities Fund
appropriation for 1987 did not anticipate payment of interest on
the loan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the 1987 budget plan for the
Physical Plant and Capital Facilities Fund is hereby revised as
follows:
Resources:
32800- 381.20.00 Interfund Loan Repayment $7,500
Budget Plan Revision:
32805- 592.61.81 Interest on External Debt $7,500
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that Ordinance 86 -89 is hereby revised by
increasing the appropriation authority for the Physical Plant and
Capital Facilities Fund by $7,500.
