ORDINANCE NO. 87 -20
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE
THE 1987 PHYSICAL PLANT &
CAPITAL FACILITIES FUND APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, the 1986 appropriation for the Physical Plant and Capital
Facilities Fund for the Nor -Bell Care Center boiler replacement
included an amount for retainage; and,
WHEREAS, this retainage has not been currently witheld; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation must be made available to disburse the
retainage once the release has become effective;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1987 Physical Plant and Capital
Facilities Fund appropriation is hereby revised as follows:
Resources:
32800- 501.00.00 Ending Fund Balance $ 4,262
Detail Budget Plan Enhancements:
32805- 594.61.62 Building Improvements $ 4,262
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance 86 -89 is hereby revised by
increasing the appropriation authority of the Physical Plant and
Capital Facilities Fund by $4,262.
