ORDINANCE NO. 87 -19
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A $200.00
PETTY CASH REVOLVING FUND FOR THE
EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND
CENTRAL STORES.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund
Central Stores to maintain a petty cash fund to pay freight charges, vehicle
licenses and to make small emergency purchases; and
WHEREAS, Equipment Rental and Revolving Central Stores currently does
not have a petty cash fund and freight charges and emergency purchases are paid
by County employees and reimbursed by the County, and vehicle licenses are
currently purchased from the Engineering petty cash account and reimbursed by
Equipment Rental & Revolving;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that a Petty Cash Revolving Fund -
E.R.& R. Central Stores is hereby established and the County Auditor is directed
to issue a warrant in the amount of $200.00 on the Equipment Rental & Revolving
Fund to establish the imprest amount of said fund.
