AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE 1987
PARKS AND RECREATION FUND APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, the 1986 Whatcom County Parks and Recreation Fund budget
included anticipated revenues and appropriation authority for the
Institute of Museum Services grant; and,
WHEREAS, the grant was not completed in 1986 and must be carried
over into 1987 in order that improvements to Semiahmoo Park can be
completed; and,
WHEREAS, the Atlas Hotel has made a donation to the Parks and
Recreation Fund for the Semiahmoo Park;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the 1987 appropriation for the
Parks and Recreation Fund is hereby revised as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance 86 -89 is hereby revised to
reflect a $9,770 increase in the approved appropriation for the
Parks and Recreation fund.
