ORDINANCE NO. 87 -3
AN ORDINANCE TO ELIMINATE
SECTION 3.04.010 OF THE WHATCOM
COUNTY CODE REGARDING APPROPRIATION TRANSFERS
WHEREAS, the 1987 Whatcom County budget will be adopted at the
fund or department level; and,
WHEREAS, Section 3.04.010 of the Whatcom County Code provides for
restrictions regarding transfers among subobject line items; and,
WHEREAS, this provision is rendered useless with higher level
appropriations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the above- mentioned section of the
Whatcom County Code is hereby amended as follows:
