ORDINANCE NO. 88 -107
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE
TO REVISE THE 1988 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND,
SUPERIOR COURT'S AND CLERK'S APPROPRIATIONS THEREIN
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Superior Court's and Clerk's ap-
propriations are insufficient to pay current obligations; and,
WHEREAS, the current obligations are legitimate claims on the County
due in 1988; and,
WHEREAS, an emergency exists in that there is insufficient time
before year's end to follow the regular ordinance introduction and
passage schedule, since the last regularly scheduled Council meeting
has been held;
HOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1988 Current Expense Fund,
Superior Court's and Clerk's budget plans therein are hereby re-
vised as follows:
