ORDINANCE NO. #88 -88
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1988
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, SHERIFF'S
DEPARTMENT AND JAIL APPROPRIATIONS THEREIN
WHEREAS, three deputies in the Sheriff's Department are
terminating in 1988; and
WHEREAS, the severance pay for these terminations was not
anticipated in the 1988 appropriation for the Department; and
WHEREAS, the Sheriff has requested additional appropriation fo
investigations overtime, part of which he requests be transferre
from the Jail overtime allocation;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1988 Sheriff's Department an
Jail budget plans are hereby revised as follows:
