ORDINANCE NO. 88 -77
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1988
COUNTY SUPPLY FUND APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, the copying machine currently in use by the Building and
Codes Administration is inadequate for the division; and,
WHEREAS, it is important that the machine be replaced this year,
rather than 1989 as originally planned; and,
WHEREAS,r the machine was originally purchased by the Building
Maintenance Fund and $3,840 has accumulated in the replacement
reserve which will be transferred to the County Supply Fund to
offset the purchase price of the new machine;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1988 County Supply Fund budget
plan is hereby revised as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance 87 -80 is hereby amended by
adding $9,600 in appropriation authority to the County Supply Fund
appropriation.

AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1988
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, TREASURER'S AND
NON - DEPARTMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO DEVELOP
REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY INVENTORIES
WHEREAS, the County Council and Administration has made a priority
of developing a property management system; and,
WHEREAS, the County has established a Property Review Committee
which has made recommendations regarding the work to be accom-
plished; and,
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation will be necessary to com-
plete the inventory and mapping of real property and to develop
the minicomputer software for the personal property inventory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1988 Current Expense Fund
Treasurer's and Non- Departmental budget plans are revised as
follows:
