2 ORDINANCE NO. 88 -62
3 AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1988 NON - DEPARTMENTAL APPROPRIATION
4 WITHIN THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND

WHEREAS, the Nor -Bell Care Center Fund has been experiencing cash
6 flow shortfalls; and,
7 WHEREAS, the State Department of Social and Health Services has
completed a survey of the facility and has determined that a fine
8 must be paid to the State for not meeting certain conditions; and,
9 WHEREAS, the Administrator of the facility has tendered her
resignation, thus requiring an unanticipated accrued benefit
10 payout from an already difficult financial situation; and,
11 WHEREAS, a residual equity transfer from the Non - Departmental
portion of the Current Expense Fund will assist in mitigating an
12 ongoing problem with cash flow;
13' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1988 Current Expense Fund, Non -
Departmental budget plan is hereby revised as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance 87 -80 is hereby amended to
19 increase the appropriation for the Non - Departmental portion of the
Current Expense Fund by $15,862.
