ORDINANCE NO. 88 -60
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE MATTER OF
PLACING A STOP SIGN ON KELLOGG ROAD
WHEREAS, IN COMPLIANCE WITH RCW 46.61.200, it is found necessary and expe-
dient to place traffic control signs on certain county roads; and
WHEREAS, an Engineering study was conducted by the County Engineer's
office and reviewed with City of Bellingham Engineering staff; and it was found
that various locations warrant an intersection control modification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that intersectional traffic control be
modified at the following locations:
Install stop signs eastbound and westbound on Kellogg Road at Cordata
Parkway, Section 12, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, W.M.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the County Engineer is hereby directed to post
the appropriate signs and that the Whatcom County Sheriff and the Washington
State Patrol be notified by a copy of this Ordinance.
Provisions of this ordinance are hereby added to Whatcom County Code
Section 10.16.
