AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE 1988
FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE
FUND APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, the Federal Revenue Sharing Program ended in 1986; and,
WHEREAS, the unobligated balance remaining in the Federal Shared
Revenue Fund must be obligated and expended by September 30th,
1988; and,
WHEREAS, there are several specific capital outlay and
professional service needs that can be addressed through this
fund, including typewriters for the County jail staff, capital
contribution for equipment replacement for the County Parks
department and completion of the Prosecuting Attorneys' computer
software development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1988 Federal Shared Revenue
Fund appropriation is hereby established as follows:

Total Appropriation $27,694
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, this fund shall be closed out effective
September 30, 1988, and any remaining cash shall be transferred to
the Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund to supplement the
capitalization of the Parks department equipment purchases.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance 87 -80 is hereby amended to add
an appropriation of $27,694 for the Federal Shared Revenue Fund.
