AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A $100.00
PETTY CASH REVOLVING FUND FOR PUBLIC
WORKS ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, it is necessary for Public Works Administration to maintain a
petty cash fund to pay shipping charges and to make small purchases which cannot
be made with a purchase order; and
WHEREAS, Public Works Administration currently uses Building and Code's
petty cash revolving fund which frequently is insufficient to meet the petty
cash needs of both divisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that a Petty Cash Revolving Fund - Public
Works Administration is hereby established and the County Treasurer is directed
to issue a warrant in the amount of $100.00 on the Current Expense Fund to
establish the imprest amount of said fund.
