ORDINANCE NO. 88 -34
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING WHATCOM CODE 2.55.010
WHEREAS, Whatcom Country Code 2.55.010 has
established the bonds for public officials according to the
attached list; and,
WHEREAS, state law requires bonding of court
reporters in 'the amount of $2,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the Mail Clerk handles the County finances;
and,
WIIEREAS, Good cause exists -to include court reporters
and the mail clerk in this ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE., BE IT ORDAINED that Whatcom County
Code 2.55.010 shall be amended as follows:

Whatcom County Code section 2.55 shall remain in full force
and effect.
