AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1988
CONVENTION CENTER FUND APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, the County has been requested to participate in the
Alaska Task Force in its effort to secure the Alaska Marine
Highway System in Bellingham; and,
WHEREAS, this community wide effort could accrue significant
tourism and economic development benefits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1988 Convention Center Fund
budget plan is hereby revised as follows:
Resources:
14100 - 291.80.00.0000 Est. Ending Fund Balance $10,000
Budget Plan Enhancement:
14100 - 573.30.41.0300 Alaska Task Force $10,000
IBH I T FURTHER ORDAINED, ordinance 87 -80 is amended to increase the
appropriation authority for the Whatcom County Convention Center
Fund by $10,000.
