AN ORDINANCE AMENDING WHATCON COUNTY CODE
TITLE 2
WHEREAS, Whatcom County Council business is conducted
pursuant to "Sturgis Standard Code of Parliamentary
Procedure," second edition 1966, and
WHEREAS, "Sturgis Standard Code of Parliamentary
Procedure" has been revised.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that Title 2 of the Whatcom County
Code be revised as follows:
2.02.020 Meetings -- Sturgis Standard Code of
Parliamentary Procedure.
Council business shall be conducted pursuant to
"Sturgis Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure,"
setrottd -rtibn latest edition, except when in conflict
with the standing rules of the Council.
