ORDINANCE NO. 88 -15
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
A FERRY REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, ferry crew employees are required to make change when col-
lecting ferry fares; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of a revolving fund will improve internal
controls over ferry cash receipts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
Ferry Revolving Fund is hereby established and the County Treasurer is author-
ized to issue a check in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400.00) to be pair
from the Road Fund.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the custodian of this fund shall be the
Director of Public Works.
