AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1988
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, SUPERIOR
COURT APPROPRIATION THEREIN
WHEREAS, the claims on the 1987 Superior Court budget exceeded the
available appropriation by nearly $13,000; and,
WHEREAS, the County must honor all legal claims for jury duty and
outstanding contracts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1988 budget plan for the
Current Expense Fund, Superior Court budget therein is hereby
revised as follows:

00120 - 501.00.00.0000 Proj. Ending Fund Bal. $13,000
Budqet Plan Enhancements:
00310 - 512.20.49.0100 Juror /Witness Fees $ 3,000
00312 - 513.11.41.0200 Guardian Ad Litem Contract 10,000
Total Enhancements $13,000
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance 87 -80 is hereby amended by
increasing the appropriation for the Current Expense Fund,
Superior Court budget therein by $13,000.
