AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1988
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, MEDICAL
EXAMINER'S APPROPRIATION THEREIN
WHEREAS, the Medical Examiner has presented 1987 claims for
autopsy services to the County Auditor; and,
WHEREAS, the Medical Examiner's appropriation was insufficient in
1987 to cover the claims presented; and,
WHEREAS, the County must provide autopsies when proper authorities
call for the same, and then pay for the services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1988 budget plan for the
Current Expense Fund, Medical Examiner's budget therein is hereby
revised as follows:
Resources:
00120 - 501.00.00.0000 Proj. End Fund Bal. $2,200
Budget Plan Enhancements:
00211 - 563.30.41.0100 Professional Services $2,200
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance 87 -80 is hereby amended by
increasing the appropriation for the Current Expense Fund, Medical
Examiner's budget therein by $2,200.
