5 REVISION TO THE 1989
6 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND,
7 DISTRICT COURT APPROPRIATION
8 THEREIN

9 WHEREAS, the District Court budget plan for 1989 did not anticipate
10 the marked increase in jury and bench trials; and
11 WHEREAS, the County must finance the required amount necessary for
12 the effective and efficient operation of the Court;
13 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1989 Current Expense Fund,
14 District Court budget plan therein is hereby revised as follows:
15 Resources:
16 00120 - 291.80.00.0000 Est. Ending Fd. Bal. $6,000
17 Budget Plan Enhancement:
18 00130 - 512.40.49.0000 Miscellaneous $6,000
19 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, ordinance 88 -96 is hereby amended by adding
20 $6,000 in appropriation authority to the 1989 Current Expense Fund,
21 District Court appropriation therein.
