ORDINANCE NO. 89 -113
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET FOR THE WHATCOM COUNTY LOCAL &
ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 10 FUND
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 89 -38 was adopted on the 4th day
of May, 1989, creating Whatcom County Local & Road Improvement
District (LRID) No. 10 for infrastructure improvements; and
WHEREAS, bonds will be issued in 1989 to finance the
infrastructure improvements; and proceeds from bonds will be
deposited into the LRID No. 10 Fund in 1989; and
WHEREAS, construction costs for the infrastructure
improvements will be incurred in 1989;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the 1989 Local and
Road Improvement District No. 10 Construction Fund budget is hereby
established as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Local & Road Improvement District No.
10 Construction Fund, Fund No. 329 - 000 -003 and Local & Road
Improvement District No. 10 General Debt Fund, Fund No. 220 -010-
002 are hereby established; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance No. 87 -48 is hereby revised
to incorporate appropriation authority for the Local & Road
Improvement District No. 10 Construction Fund budget in the amount
of $272,700;
