REVISION TO THE 1989
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, SUPERIOR
COURT BUDGET THEREIN, FOR INDIGENT
CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY FEES

WHEREAS, the
projected 1989 expenditure plan for
the assigned
10
counsel contract for indigent defense representation was predicated
11
on a figure
that did not take into account the
end -of -year
12
supplemental
appropriation passed late in 1988; and
13
WHEREAS, it
is the responsibility of the Courts to
honor these
14
outstanding contractual obligations;
15 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1989 Current Expense Fund,
16 Superior Court budget plan therein, is hereby revised as follows:

18 00120 - 291.80.00.0000 Est. Ending Fd. Balance $83,000
19 Budget Plan Enhancement:_
20 00314 - 512.21.41.0300 Criminal Conflict Contract $83,000
21 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, ordinance 88 -96 is hereby amended by adding
22 $83,000 in appropriation authority to the 1989 Current Expense Fund,
23 Superior Court Budget therein.
