6 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, NON -
7 DEPARTMENTAL APPROPRIATION THEREIN
8 FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO
9 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
10 WHEREAS, Whatcom County has secured the professional services of
11 Davis, Wright & Jones to assist in labor negotiations; and
12 WHEREAS, the contract amount provides an upper limit to be charged
13 during 1989; and
14 WHEREAS, the County must honor its contractual obligations;
15 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1989 Current Expense Fund, Non -
16 Departmental Budget Plan therein is hereby revised.as follows:
17 Resources:
18 00120 - 291.80.00.0000 Est. Ending Fd. Balance $15,000
19 Budget Plan Enhancement:
20 00449 - 511.10.41.0000 Professional Services $15,000
21 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, ordinance 88 -96 is hereby amended by adding
22 $15,000 in appropriation authority to the 1989 Current Expense Fund,
23 Non - Departmental allocation therein for professional services.
