5 REVISION TO THE 1989
6 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, PUBLIC
7 DEFENDER'S BUDGET THEREIN FOR
8 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
9 WHEREAS, the 1989 Public Defender's budget plan did not anticipate
10 the number of murder defense cases that would arise; and
11 WHEREAS, the defense of these murder cases in addition to the
12 unusually high costs associated with interpreters requires
13 additional appropriation authority to finish the year;
14 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1989 Current Expense Fund, Public
15 Defender's budget plan is hereby revised as follows:
16 Resources:
17 00120 - 291.80.00.0000 Est. Ending Fd. Balance $12,000
18 Budget Plan Enhancement:
19 00265 - 515.21.41.0000 Professional Services $12,000
20 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, ordinance 88 -96 is hereby amended by adding
21 $12,000 in appropriation authority to the 1989 Current Expense Fund,
22 Public Defender's Budget therein.
