5 REVISION TO THE 1989
6 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, NON -
7 DEPARTMENTAL APPROPRIATION THEREIN
8 FOR HEALTH DISTRICT ASSET DIVISION
9 WHEREAS, the Bellingham - Whatcom County Health District was
10 disbanded, effective March 31, 1989; and
11 WHEREAS, the interlocal agreement provides for division of the
12 districts assets; and
13 WHEREAS, Whatcom County must make an equitable payment to the City
14 for their share of the assets;
15 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1989 budget plan for the Current
16 Expense Fund, Non - Departmental appropriation therein is hereby
17 revised as follows:

20 Budget Plan Enhancements:
21 00431 - 562.10.51.0300 City Asset Payment

22 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, ordinance 88 -96 is hereby amended by adding
23 $113,615 in appropriation authority to the 1989 Current Expense
24 Fund, Non - Departmental appropriation therein.
