ESTABLISHMENT OF A
PETTY CASH FUND FOR THE
PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Public Health Department has received a grant for the
so called "Birth to Six" program; and
WHEREAS, the grant provides funds for reimbursement to parents for
child care and transportation costs when attending inter - agency
coordinated council meetings; and
WHEREAS, this requires the establishment of a petty cash fund within
the County's Public Health Fund in order to advance the monies to
the participants;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, a petty cash fund for the Health
Department in the amount of $50 is hereby established. The County
Treasurer is directed to issue a check in that amount from the
Public Health Fund in order to establish the account.
