5 REVISION TO THE 1989 PHYSICAL PLANT
6 AND CAPITAL FACILITIES FUND APPROPRIATION
7 TO COMPLETE THE COUNTY CLERK'S FILE SYSTEM
8 WHEREAS, the original planned for configuration for the Clerk's
9 filing system does not provide sufficient space for the existing
10 files; and
11 WHEREAS, additional file shelving will have to be provided to
12 complete the project; and
13 WHEREAS, the vendor has agreed to split the additional costs with
14 the County;
15 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1989 Physical. Plant and Capital
16 Facilities Fund budget plan is hereby revised as follows:
17 Resources:
18 32800 - 291.80.00.0000 Est. Ending Fund Balance $ 2,500
19 Budget Plan Enhancements:
20 32811 - 594.19.62.0000 Improvements to Bldgs. $ 2,500
21 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, ordinance 88 -96 is hereby amended by adding
22 $2,500 in appropriation authority to the Physical Plant and Capital
23 Facilities Fund.
