REVISION TO THE 1989 COMBINED TREATMENT
SERVICES FUND APPROPRIATION FOR PASS -
THROUGH GRANTS FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE
WHEREAS, the State of Washington grants for substance abuse have
been increased for the current biennium; and
WHEREAS, the State has allocated an increase and added requirements
for drug detoxification; and
WHEREAS, the State has created new funding focus on youth and
pregnant women; and
WHEREAS, the State is now funneling to the County the monies it
formerly directly gave to service agencies for the adult alcoholic;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1989 Combined Treatment Services
Fund budget plan is hereby revised as follows:
