5 REVISION TO THE 1989 CURRENT EXPENSE
6 AND PHYSICAL PLANT AND CAPITAL FACILITIES
7 FUNDS FOR BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS
8 WHEREAS, the County Council has requested replacement of the sound
9 system in the Council chambers; and
10 WHEREAS, the Sheriff's department remodel requires the addition of
11 a sidewalk to the doorway for the new facility and the adult
12 probation remodel can accomodate an employee breakroom with
13 additional support;
14 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the 1989 Current Expense Fund Non -
15 Departmental budget plan and the 1989 Physical Plant and Capital
1.6 Facilities Fund budget plan are hereby revised as follows:-

2 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED ordinance 88 -96 is hereby amended by adding
3 $23,500 in appropriation authority to the 1989 Current Expense Fund,
d Non - Departmental appropriation therein and by adding $23,500 in
5 appropriation authority in the 1989 Physical Plant and Capital
6 Facilities Fund.
