REVISION TO THE 1989 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
SUPERIOR COURT, DISTRICT COURT AND
NON- DEPARTMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS
THEREIN FOR ADDITION OF COURT
COMMISSIONER AND RELATED
STAFF POSITIONS
WHEREAS, the Superior Court and District Court have requested the
addition of a shared Commissioner position to increase the
efficiency of the courts; and
WHEREAS, additional staff support and one -time remodel and office
equipment is necessary to bring the new Commissioner position on
board;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the 1989 Current Expense Fund,
Superior Court, District Court and Non - Departmental budget plans are
hereby revised as follows:

13 $12,724 in appropriation authority to the District Court budget, and
In $57,500 in appropriation authority to the Non - Departmental
15 allocation all being within the 1989 Current Expense Fund.
