6 COMBINED TREATMENT SERVICES FUND
7 APPROPRIATION FOR REGIONAL PLANNING AND OTHER
8 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
9 WHEREAS, a special grant has been awarded by the State Department
10 of Social and Health Services to Whatcom County to obtain technical
11 assistance on mental health regionalization issues; and
12 WHEREAS, DSIiS has also provided supplemental authorization for pass
13 through ITA funds and Title XIX Match rescue; and
]n WHEREAS, the County must provide additional appropriation
15 authorization for these supplemental State DSHS authorizations;
16 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1989 budget plan for the Combined
17 Treatment Services Fund is hereby revised as follows:
