16 WHEREAS, now the County must provide an appropriation for those

18 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1989 Current Expense Fund,
19 Superior Court budget plan is hereby revised as follows:

FOR JUDGE'S SALARIES AND CONTRACTS

WHEREAS,
the State
Citizen's Commission on Salaries for Elected

Officials
has set new salaries for judges; and

WHEREAS,
the County
must provide the appropriation to allow payment

of these
additional
mandated costs that become effective September

and
