5 REVISION TO THE 1989
6 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, DISTRICT
7 COURT APPROPRIATION THEREIN
8 FOR JUDGES SALARY INCREASE
9 WHEREAS, the Washington Citizen's Commision on Salaries for Elected
10 Officials has approved salary increases for judges effective in
11 September of 1989; and
12 WHEREAS, Whatcom County must pay the full cost of these State
13 mandated salaries;
14 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1989 Current Expense Fund,
15 District Court budget plan therein is hereby revised as follows:
16 Resources:
17 00120 - 291.80.00.0000 Est. Ending Fund Bal. $2,408
18 Budoet Plan Enhancements:
19 00130 - 512.40.11.0100 Judge $1,134
20 00130 - 512.40.11.0200 Judge 1,134
21 00130 - 512.40.20.0100 Retirement 140
22 Total Enhancements $2,408
23 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, ordinance 88 -96 is hereby amended by adding
24 $2,408 in appropriation authority to the Current Expense Fund,
25 District Court budget therein.
