AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1989 CURRENT
EXPENSE FUND, PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 88 -96 did not provide
appropriation authority for extra help or over -time pay
within the Current Expense Fund, Prosecuting Attorney's
budget; and
WHEREAS, two temporary part -time Clerk II positions
are necessary to ensure that the conversion to full
computerization is completed, that all statistical reporting
is brought current by year -end, and to ensure that the file
conversion is completed; and
WHEREAS, over -time for permanent employees and summer
help may be- necessitated to assist the aforementioned Clerk
II employees; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 88 -96 only provided partial
appropriation authority for conversion to a more efficient
file storage system and space remodel; and
WHEREAS, given the higher than anticipated 1989
beginning fund balance, additional appropriation authority
is requested to fully fund the file storage system and space
remodel; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide funding to
resolve certain union grievances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the 1989 Current
Expense Fund, Prosecuting Attorney budget therein, is hereby
revised as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, Ordinance No. 88 -96'is hereby
