ORDINANCE NO. 89 -47
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1989 REAL ESTATE
EXCISE TAX CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the 1989 Real Estate Excise Tax Fund 1989 budget did not
include appropriation for Professional Engineering Service; and
WHEREAS, the balance of the contract for professional engineering per-
formed on the Comprehensive Water and Sewer Plan is outstanding and the contract
has not expired; and
WHEREAS, a transfer from Operating Transfer 1982 G.O. Ltd. Tax Bond to
Professional Service was needed to pay on existing contract obligations; and
WHEREAS, it was not anticipated that additional water lines would be
needed to service the industrial areas along Grandview Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1989 Real Estate Excise Tax Capital
Improvement Fund budget therein is hereby revised as follows:

EXPENDITURES:
32600 - 597 -45 -55 -0000 Operating Transfer 1982 G.O. Tax Bond $12,224.00
32611 - 596 -34 -65 -0000 Non - capital Improvements 10,000.00
32607 - 532 -30 -41 -0000 Professional Service 23,158.00
$45,382.00
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that Ordinance No. 88 -96 is hereby revised by
increasing the appropriation authority of the Real Estate Excise Tax Capital
