ORDINANCE NO. 89-42
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING WHATCOM COUNTY 2.55.010
WHEREAS, Whatcom County Code 2.55.010 has established
the bonds for public officials according to the attached list;'
and,
WHEREAS, Whatcom County has incorporated the Health
Department as a County department; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to bond the health officer;
and,
WHEREAS, Whatcom County Park Managers handle County
finances; and,
WHEREAS, the State Examiner has recommended that the
Park Managers be bonded.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that:
Whatcom County Code 2.55.010 shall be amended as
follows:

Assessor
Auditor
Health Officer
Treasurer
Prosecuting Attorney
Sheriff
Executive
County Councilmember
Medical Examiner
District Court Judge
District Court Employee
Purchasing Agent
Purchasing Mail Cleric
