5 AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 82 -64,
6 ALCOHOL REVOLVING FUND
7 WHEREAS, the alcoholism revolving fund was created by Ordinance 82-
8 64 at a level of $400; and
9 WHEREAS, the $400 amount is no longer required by the Combined
10 Treatment Services Fund administration; and
11 WHEREAS, a lesser amount equaling $100 will be sufficient for petty
12 cash needs;
13 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council, the
14 Alcoholism revolving fund is hereby renamed the Combined Treatment
15 Services Petty Cash Fund and is set at an amount of $100. The
16 Treasurer is authorized to issue a treasurer's check in the amount
17 of $300 to reimburse the unencumbered cash balance in the Combined
18 Treatment Services Fund.
