ORDINANCE NO. 89 -12
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1989 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND,
NON- DEPARTMENTAL APPROPRIATION THEREIN
WHEREAS, the 1989 budget plan provided for an additional five (5)
patrol vehicles for the additional staffing in. the Sheriff's
Department; and
WHEREAS, the amount originally allocated was insufficient to
purchase all five vehicles; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is necessary to allow the
purchase of the fifth vehicle;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the 1989 budget plan for the Non -
Departmental portion of the Current Expense Fund is hereby revised
as follows:

00120 - 291.80.00.0000 Proj. End. Fd. Bal. $19,097
Budget Plan Enhancement:
00454- 594.19.64.0000 Machinery & Equip. $19,097
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED ordinance 88 -96 is hereby amended by adding
$19,097 in appropriation authority to the Current Expense Fund, Non -
Departmental allocation therein.
