ORDINANCE N0. 89 -11
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A
PETTY CASH REVOLVING FUND FOR
THE COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the County Planning Department occasionally needs to
purchase small items such as film; and
WHEREAS, the time and paperwork involved in the normal reimbursement
of expenses process justifies having a petty cash fund;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that a petty cash revolving fund is
hereby established for the County Planning Department and the County
Treasurer is directed to issue a treasurer's check in the amount of
$100 from the Current Expense Fund to establish the fund.
