ORDINANCE NO. 89 -4
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE
FEES FOR ALCOHOL /DRUG EVALUATIONS
BY THE COMBINED TREATMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the alcohol /drug evaluation fees in effect during the
last several years have not kept up with the cost of doing
business; and
WHEREAS, the current fee is $90; and

WHEREAS, it is important that the County set fees that generally
recoup the cost of conducting the program or activity;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the fee charged by the Combined
Treatment Services Department for alcohol /drug evaluations is
hereby raised to $97.50 per evaluation.
